FreeJoin us for this FREE webinar from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Thursday, February 17th with Dr. Jayna Holroyd-Leduc, Department Head of Medicine, University of Calgary.
Dr. Holroyd-Leduc will discuss some of the issues that Canada will face as our population continues to age. She will highlight how ageism in Canadian society is hindering our ability to prepare for these changes and impacts.
Dr. Holroyd-Leduc is an academic geriatrician and Professor within the departments of Medicine and Community Health Sciences. She is the current Head of the Department of Medicine at the University of Calgary and University of Calgary Brenda Strafford Foundation Chair in Geriatric Medicine. Her research interests include knowledge translation sciences to improve the care provided to older adults.
