The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) guidelines for the oral health screening of older people, a project under the direction of Dr. James Taylor, Chief Dental Officer of Canada has been released. The screening tool was developed for the use of non-dentists, in particular nurses, by a team of researchers led by Dr. Caron at the Université Laval.
